Delivery Time and Tracking

The delivery time to any location in Portugal varies between 12 and 45 working days after the product is dispatched.
We remind you that we inform the tracking code of all products ordered with the shipping option WITH tracking code when selecting shipping. If tracking does not work on our website, it will certainly work on one of the following:

Tracking codes take 1 to 3 business days to be provided by our suppliers to you, the customer.
The delivery time varies depending on the speed of the Post Office and customs, but it is usually between 12 and 45 days on average. The maximum delivery time is up to 90 business days.
Once the stipulated period has passed, we recommend that you contact the Post Office to clarify the reason for the delay. If the Post Office is not in possession of your order, please contact us immediately so that we can check with our suppliers. If we confirm that there is a problem with the logistics of your order, we will issue a FULL refund for your purchase immediately after these verification steps.

It is important that you provide the means for delivery to the address registered in your order. After 3 (three) proven delivery attempts, you will have to pick up the order at a post office near your address. Storage fees will be charged if the order is not picked up within 7 calendar days. The amount of the fee depends on the weight/volume of the product.
